This past September 8th bZ Grill set up shop at Meatopia 2012 on Randall’s Island. It was a blast people could not get enough of the Seftalia (Cypriot Specialty) and Bifteki Greek Burger. We even had a few other top notch chef come by the booth for a little taste that led to seconds. Lot of people have said they had Greek food in NYC but never like this. Below I have cut and paste a few Reviews on Grilled Haloumi Cheese from BZ Grill. I have had this sandwich and it is out of this world. Its like little pieces of Cheese the have a tender steak like texture with a taste that will have the melting in your mouth well not really it does not get gooey like most cheese its made for the Grill.
