A Gyro is a traditional Greek dish, basically made of meat, tomato, onion and tzatziki sauce. Gyros might be served as a platter or as a sandwich, with pita bread.

The meats used in a traditional gyro sandwich may be pork, chicken, beef or lamb. At BZ Grill we have the best pork and chicken Gyros in New York City, that we serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions & pita bread. Our Tzatziki sauce is made of yogurt cucumber and garlic, and you can also add our special BZ Grill sauce.
How a Gyro is made?
The meat used in a Gyro has to stay marinaded over-nite. After that, it is layered into a conical shape and placed vertically on a spit rod for roasting. A original Greek Gyro recipe is made of pork meat or chicken.
